Dr Sadeq Bigdeli is a Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public in Ontario, Canada. He is the Managing Director of Bigdeli Law Professional Corporation, which is active in the area of immigration and corporate/commercial and trade law. He is also Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at Osgoode Hall Law School of the York University in Toronto. He has previously been a fulltime law professor in New Zealand as well as Iran.
Capitalizing on years of legal practice experience coupled with extensive global academic background in relevant areas of administrative law, trade and business law, Bigdeli Law PC has had a number of successful cases of applying for judicial review overturning visa refusals, speeding up delayed immigration files at Immigration, Refugees, Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Dr Bigdeli has a PhD from the University of Berne (Switzerland) and a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School where he studied administrative law (judicial review) with Professor Cass Sunstein, a pioneer US legal scholar who was once the White House's regulatory tsar during the Obama administration.
